Responsibilities:
Content Team
During the festival weekend, I managed the content team lead, Christian Duran who supervised 14 creative professionals, ( photographers, videographers, editors etc.) This entailed overseeing the creation and execution of marketing content across various platforms. I collaborated with Christan along with the marketing team to develop a cohesive content strategy that aligned with the festival's branding and objectives. Additionally, I provided guidance and support to ensure that content was delivered on time and met our sponsor’s standards. Managing a content team during festival weekend required strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Social media tactics were designed to engage with the festival's target audience and create a sense of anticipation. Eye-catching visuals, behind-the-scenes content, and interactive posts were shared on various social media platforms to encourage followers to share and spread the word about the festival. Influencers with a strong presence in the Chicago Latino community were also enlisted to promote the event and share their excitement with their followers.
